In 2021, we lost Jahvon (AKA Demotus) to suicide. His life was a blend of creativity, compassion, and courage. He deeply loved his family, skateboarding, music, and entrepreneurship. Though his journey included struggles with addiction, he was so much more than his pain.

Jahvon was a connector. He had a gift for making people feel like they belonged, especially those who felt overlooked. As a child, Jahvon created The Rad Kidz Next Door — a club for the kids in the neighborhood who didn’t quite fit in anywhere else. It was his way of making sure no one felt left out. He believed being different was something to be celebrated. Later, he kept that spirit alive through his music, proudly calling his supporters Rad Kidz — a name rooted in belonging, boldness, and being yourself.

Rad Kidz Foundation Inc. was created to carry forward Jahvon’s light. We honor his memory by showing up for young people like him — the dreamers, the creators, the ones navigating life’s toughest challenges without enough support.

We’re here to make sure no child walks that path alone. Through mentorship, mental health advocacy, creative outlets, and real-world opportunities, we provide a space where youth are seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.

This is our promise — to continue what Jahvon started.
